Vicki's 20th

I am very pleased with this cushion that I made for my friend Vicki, using hand stitching, the pink flowery fabric is 'libertys'.

Baby Lola

This was my first little go at hand stitching. For the inside of the daisy I used french knots. Again, my brother designed the 'lola' part. The green stripy fabric used to be a topshop canvas bag that my sister didnt want. And here is the lovely lady herself (my cousin).

Rhianne's 19th

I wanted to learn hand stitching this summer so my little brother has been drawing me designs and then I have been sewing them. I'm definately getting faster at it. Again I hand stitched the button holes.

Emma's 21st

For my sisters birthday she wanted bunting and a cushion cover, i'll put loads of photos of bunting up later but here are the some pictures of the most complicated cushion in the world which took approx 100 years to make. Basically I completely didn't understand what she was asking me to do with all this childrens fabrics that was once my great garndmas. Also i left the sewing machine manual at uni so learnt to do button holes by hand.
